The role involves:

 

• • Supporting clients in the local community to live independently at home.
  • Support clients with their day-to-day routine.
  • Assisting with personal care such as showering, bathing, continence care
  • Helping with mobility
  • Administration of medication
  • Meal preparation
  • Light domestic tasks
  • Individual requirements outlined in each person-centred support plan.

Previous experience is not essential, as Rumney Care is committed to supporting staff with high quality personalized training.

Essential Requirements:

 

• • Current UK Driving License and your own vehicle.
  • Good standard of oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility
  • Previous domiciliary experience is an added advantage but not essential.
